February Meals

Week One

Roasted Chicken with yellow squash

Marinated Steak over salad

Pizza with Prosciutto and Mozz

Spaghetti with Sausage

Corndogs for Harper's party

Week Two

*Paleo Sweet Potato Chili- I loved this (especially day three of leftovers when I added corn chips and sour cream

Chicken and Dumpling Soup (Harper's birthday request)

French Dip Sandwiches- Made a big batch for our Superbowl party and they were a hit with all!

*Satay Chicken Noodle Salad- I LOVED this and ate it cold for lunch 3 days afterwards because it made a bunch

Kelsey brought us over a delicious soup on a night when Mark was out of town

Week Three

Homemade Pepperoni Pizza Rolls

Hot dogs and salad

*Mediterranean Chicken Wraps

BBQ Chicken Pizza shaped like a heart for Valentine's Day plus Chocolate Fondue

*Shrimp and Mango Salsa Lettuce Wraps

Week Four (easy meals)

Mac and Cheese

Out to Eat
