Week of March 23, 2015

I am getting tired of never having enough food for my always hungry family. So you will notice a lot of casseroles on the menu this week. (Besides the crispy black bean tacos which I have been craving for weeks)

Crispy Black Bean Tacos

Cajun Chicken Pasta- always a go-to recipe for tastiness

*Breadstick and Pizza Casserole- you would think this would go over well but James says he doesn't like onions and Harper would barely take two bites. Crazy I tell you!

*Wild Rice Hot Dish- Also not a big hit with the littles. I admit, it's a little on the odd side but the twins and I devoured it :)
