Week of January 19th, 2015

*Chicken, Bacon, Cheddar Sandwiches- thanks for the recommendation Kelsey! 5 stars!

*Creamy Tomato Basil Tortellini Soup- very yummy

*Cheesy Enchilada Rice Skillet

*Vegetable Pad Thai- the flavors were really close to traditional pad thai

*Spinach Salad with Avocado and Chicken and Goat Cheese- this turned into another salad bar night with the kids. I used sunflower seeds instead of pine nuts

*Sweet and Sour Meatballs- this made a lot!


*Whole Grain Honey Bran Muffins
NO Bake Energy Balls
