Week of September 29, 2014

*Roasted Winter Panzanella- I thought this was delicious but my not-a-fan-of-squash husband didn't want it for leftovers. I would love to make this again- maybe for a girl's luncheon or something :) I used walnuts instead of chestnuts

*Asian oven pulled pork- juicy, flavorful and incredibly versatile! We ate it over rice for dinner and then in quesadillas for lunch the next day.

*Honey Ginger Marinated Flank Steak- Tasty- especially over salad
