One of my birthday presents from Mark was 4 weeks of menus planned with grocery lists printed out. Such an awesome gift! He went back to some oldies but goodies with one new one thrown in each week.
One Pot Wonder Tomato Basil Pasta- this was a repeat of the bomb a couple of weeks ago that burned. This pot didn't burn but it still wasn't my favorite.
Fish Tacos- Always delicious. Maybe not a great weeknight meal, when we're trying to get out the door for gymnastics. But...still delicious.
Buffalo Chicken Panini- I crockpot the chicken/bbq sauce to make it easier
Slow Cook Thai Chicken- I could eat this once a week
