well as probably one of your most avid blog readers, I think it is fitting that I am the first to comment :) I have made about 90% of your recipes so it's hard to narrow it down to my favorite. I would have to say that moon pies, butter chicken and pumpkin enchiladas have been my fav so far. I heard about bites because you are my sister!

Hi Jessie!!
Move over Becky - I'm Jessie's most avid blog reader! :) She's got me beat on the recipe percentage - impressive. Here are our favorites - couldn't just pick one, sorry: Magic Bars, No Bakes, Caldo de Queso, Italian Tacos (love these because they bring back memories of us eating together), Beef Enchiladas, Easy Tortilla Soup, Monkey Bread, Black Bean Soup, & Pumpkin Enchiladas. I met Jessie in San Diego when our husbands were on an architecture trip and we tagged along. We became great friends back home in Tucson and Jessie will always be in my top 5. :) Love ya!

I looooovvvvvveee this site, too. (And I am not alone because google reader shows that you have 14 subscribers! And that's just the people checking you out through google reader!)

I mostly love your blog because, for some strange reason, I really like to know what other people eat and you are incredibly creative/ambitious. I especially love the veggie recipes and save most of them. This post has motivated me. I am going to try (modified) pumpkin enchiladas this month! I am also SUPER excited to try the meadow muffins, though I am wondering what I can substitute for buttermilk.

You were my inspiration to start my own food blog! I'm a big fan of the Bites site! My favorite so far is the Falafel with yogurt sauce, but there are lots that I still want to try. And for your friend, Elizabeth, I just use milk instead of buttermilk on the Meadow Muffins.

Hey Jessie, I am also one of your biggest fans and get very excited when new things post. My current favorite is the Sticky Coconut Chicken with chili glaze. It is super easy and good, I've made it several times.

What about CORN DOGS, orange chicken, fish tacos, and Bethany's Love Sauce?(Jessie and I are cruising through chips at an astonishing rate) I can not believe that these were left out of the top 5!?!?! I think as husband I am the greatest fan / recipient of this blog.

I started reading your blog after Emilie sent me a few delicious-sounding recipes and I had to find out more. My favorite recipe has to be the pumpkin enchiladas, I made them at Em's when she was on bed rest and we were all big fans! I am also oddly addicted to what other people are interested in eating, this blog is perfect.

To Elizabeth, for buttermilk substitute: Put 1 T. lemon juice in one cup measure, fill up to the top with milk. Let sit for five minutes. (Adjust accordingly for how much you need)

Hey Jessie! I'm Brittany Pendegraft. My husband, Ryan, and our baby, Jackson, live in Mukilteo. Becky shared your blog site with me after she cooked our family two amazing meals and I just had to have the recipes. I look at your blog all the time. In fact, I usually plan my shopping list based on the new recipes that we want to try. I have liked everything that I have cooked so far. It's hard to narrow it down, but most of the crockpot meals have become regular staples in our household. They are easy and delicious! :) Thanks Jessie, and keep the amazing recipes coming!

Well I have to say that I have LOVED every recipe that we have tried. But I would have to say that some of my favorites are the honey mustard chicken and the black bean chilaquiles and oh and definitely the LOVE sauce!!

I love your blog, Jessie! You are such a blessing to me. The chicken tortilla soup is my fav--so healthy, delicious and easy. I like to freeze it so that I have some on hand whenever I need a healthy meal. I also really like the pumpkin enchiladas. I'm going to try your slow cooker chicken and rice and beans tonight. You are the best!!!
