Artichoke Rice Salad

This is another great recipe from my Aunt Jo!

1 (6 oz) pkg long grain rice & wild rice mix
1 (2oz) jar chopped pimentos, drained
1 (14 oz) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
12 pimento-stuffed green olives, chopped
3 green onions
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. mayo
1 t. curry powder
tomato wedges

Cook rice according to package directions, but do not add butter.  Cool.  Add remaining ingredients, stir well and refrigerate until serving.
